Up for sale is this 2021 Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s in Tobacco Burst (PLEK'd) — a stunning, USA-made Les Paul in excellent condition with a small ding on the top and some light pick scratches here and there, but nothing major and nothing that takes away from how great this guitar looks and plays. Under the covers are the stock Burstbucker 1 & 2 Alnico V humbuckers, and a cool detail visible in the photos — both pickups are labeled on the back "AL V Wound By PS", indicating hand-wound Alnico V pickups signed off at the factory, a nice touch. The guitar has been tastefully personalized — pickup rings and selector switch cap have been swapped to black hardware, the original Grover tuners replaced with Kluson locking tuners for rock-solid tuning stability, and the original tan pickguard remains installed. Worth noting that a quick-access battery compartment was routed and installed in preparation for active pickups — however active pickups were never actually installed and the guitar has always run passive, so it's ready to go as-is or makes for an easy active conversion down the road if desired. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case and all case candy — strap, microfiber cloth, multitool, and more, all as it left the factory.
